Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at CASA TAROA. We want you to love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer return options under the following conditions:

 

1. Eligible Products for Refund

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed beachwear items with original tags attached, within 14 calendar days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate apparel or swimwear that has been worn or had the hygienic liners removed.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email address] with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions to ship the item to our returns address in Canada.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Important: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer you a replacement or a full refund.

5. Legal Right to Refund

Under the Canadian Consumer Protection Law, customers are entitled to a refund if the product:

Is not delivered within a reasonable time.

Does not match its description or is defective.

Was charged incorrectly.

These rights apply regardless of our store policy.
